Our Sanctuary Tours are a fantastic way to learn more about what we do and to meet some of the inspiring animals who call the sanctuary their home.

Choose from an e-voucher (sent via email) or a physical gift voucher sent in the post. As we are a small team, if you are ordering outside 9am-5pm hours, your e-voucher will be emailed the next working day.

About our Sanctuary Tours: Our guided tours are a great way to learn more about our sanctuary, meet our friendly animals including pigs, sheep, cows, goats, chickens and more, while learning about our exciting habitat development projects, such as our Pig Barn and Goodheart Home for Rescued Hens. Redemption period

Vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Sanctuary Tours run from March through September, but may be earlier or later in the year depending on weather.
Dates can be viewed on our website. Vouchers cannot be extended, so please redeem before your expiry date.
All visits must be pre-booked; we cannot accept walk-ins.

Vouchers T&Cs

This voucher is for the specified number of people to book on to a Sanctuary Tour. Under 18's must be accompanied by an adult. Vouchers are valid during the redemption period only.
Please note, that this is not a private tour and other members of the public may be booked on to the experience at the same time, however, we allow plenty of time for individual interaction with the animals.
The tour takes place at Goodheart Farm Animal Sanctuary, The Nickless, Milson, Kidderminster, Worcestershire, DY14 0BE
Please note that we only allow service dogs on site and they must be kept on a lead at all times.
As a working sanctuary, our tours include walking across fields and along uneven tracks. If you use a wheelchair or require additional mobility support, please email us at visit@goodheart.org.uk to arrange an accessible tour.
This voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed against any other product or service that we offer.
To manage demand effectively, we are unable to extend vouchers beyond the specified expiry date.
