Terms and Conditions

1. Issuer: The Goodheart Animal Sanctuaries Gift Card (“Gift Card”) is issued by Goodheart Animal Sanctuaries and is redeemable only through the online shop at https://shop.goodheartanimalsanctuaries.com/.
2. Redemption: The Gift Card can be used to purchase items available on the online shop. It cannot be used for donations, events, or services unless explicitly stated.
3. Balance: Gift Card balances can be applied partially or fully toward purchases. Any remaining balance will be stored on the card for future use. Balances are non-transferable.
4. Expiry: The Gift Card is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. Unused balances will be forfeited after the expiry date.
5. Non-refundable: The Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or returned except where required by law.
