Return Policy

At Goodheart Animal Sanctuaries, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, please review our refund policy below:

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Returns: You may return items within 30 days from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused/unworn in their original packaging, with tags (if applicable) and in a resalable condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Non-Refundable Items: Certain items are non-refundable, including sale items, perishable goods, personalised items, and digital products.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
     
2. How to Request a Refund
  • Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@goodheart.org.uk, providing your order number and reason for the return. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Goodheart Farm Animal Sanctuary, The Nickless, Milson, Worcestershire DY14 0BE.

3. Refund Process
  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to confirm its condition.

  • Refund: If the return is approved, we will aim process your refund to the original payment method within 7 working days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.

4. Shipping Costs
  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Please use a tracked service to ensure the item reaches us safely.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
  • If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.

6. Exchanges
  • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
