Returns: You may return items within 30 days from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused/unworn in their original packaging, with tags (if applicable) and in a resalable condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Non-Refundable Items: Certain items are non-refundable, including sale items, perishable goods, personalised items, and digital products.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@goodheart.org.uk, providing your order number and reason for the return. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Goodheart Farm Animal Sanctuary, The Nickless, Milson, Worcestershire DY14 0BE.
- Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to confirm its condition.
- Refund: If the return is approved, we will aim process your refund to the original payment method within 7 working days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.
